I just called TW Albany and now they (CSR Sean) are saying that they are shipping out the Tuning Adapters in the order that you are in the list.
That's what's I love the most about TW Albany, if you don't like the answer they give, just call back and the next person will tell you something else.

If you follow Twitter, @tivoblog ( twitter.com/TiVoBlog) out in Utica just received his Tuning Adapter in the mail today. Come on TW Albany, even Time Warner of Central NY is shipping these things out. What's the hold up? |

When I used the online form to sign up for the tuning adapter, it didn't ask me how mant tuning adapters I need.
Since I have two TiVo HD's, I will need two tuning adapters.
What are the chances Albany TWC will send me 2 tuning adapters?

I was just called back by the CSR that I spoke with a few hours ago. He was calling to confirm my address as they sent out the letters this afternoon and he saw my address on the list of addresses. I'm tempted to work from home on Friday just so I can grab the letter and head down to TWC and get a shiny new Tuning Adapter.

Yeah I am very curious to see what comes in the mail tomorrow.. I normally get home around 4:50-5pm.. assuming it is waiting for me in my mailbox, how late are the time warner offices open to go and pick up the adapter?

I hooked everything up, i have a blinking green light on the adapter...no SDV channels...so now I am resetting the tivo to see if that fixes things...

no dice...still no SDV channels...the cisco adapter manual states something about if the light is blinking I am not receiving the SDV services...I guess there is still something that has to be turned on....time to call TWC...
