I called in today and got some tech to re-script my CableCards. I got back 1837 (Discovery Theater HD).
Basically, I shutdown my tv's, removed the CC and waited for his ok to reload the cards.

DKennedy, since whatever they did resolved your issue maybe it would be good to recap exactly what was done to resolve it. Could you list the symptoms and what was done to fix? Did you have to ask for a special tech svc person for them to do what they did?
This way if others have the same issue they can refer to your steps in seeking a resolution. By the sounds of it maybe TW has found a way to fix these issues now?

Basically, I called the regular number 869-5500 and got a CSR who transferred the call to a tech. He instructed me to remove all CC and shutdown all tv for 15 minutes while he did his CC re-scripting for all my CC's.
Apparently, they have CC scripts for each CC in the home. Once the tech called back to re-insert CC's and turn on TV's, everything came back to normal.

1700 NBC HD NOT switched (Broadcast)
1701 USA HD Switched (SDV)
1702 CNBC HD Switched (SDV)
1703 Olympic Soccer Channel NOT switched (Broadcast)

I live in Adams, MA and subscribe to the HD tier. I discovered that for the past week I have not been able to receive Universal HD (Channel 1860). I get a grey screen and then a message in the middle of the screen that says the channel is not currently available, try again later. If I hit the SEL button on the remote I see a momentary message that says "Tuning SDV channel" and then I get the message again about the channel not being available. I called TWC support and was told to reboot my STB. The reboot didn't solve the problem. When I called TWC back they told me that they would have to send a tech to the house to check our wiring. Doe this sound like a wiring problem??? I don't think the problem is my wiring. My daughter in Pittsfield is able to receive Ch 1860 at her house. I have two STBs that both act the same way. Anyone else see this problem before?

I was watching the NFL games during the day and didn't tune to the SDV channels. When I read this around 7:30PM, I tuned to 1822 (QVC HD) and it came in fine.

Can't pick up any of the SDV channels this morning (6AM-7AM). They're all "currently not available".
