Oh, so that's good to know that it's not just the Tivo that gets a channel not available". Must be a cable card thing then, if it's affect TW gear as well as those of us with a TA/Tivo

It's been a total lottery at home. Usually HGTV and TravelHD and TLCHD come and go as they wish (just get the gray screen on the Tivo or the infamous "channel not available" or something). It's gotta be something with the cable cards at this point, IMO (meaning TW changed something at the head end that interferes with the CC ablility to tune/detect the SDV channel properly). We're still a major firmware revision behind on the TA and CC (at least from what I can tell on the Tivo community forums).

Received a letter from TWC today, presumably sent to me because I have a few cable cards and tuning adapters. The letter is very similar to the previous letter I received back in June 2009. I know CNBC World and CNN International are listed as the same channel, but that's the way they have it in the letter. Also, I believe "Boonerang Espanol" should be Boomerang Espanol.

The SDV channels I wanted to watch tonight (Discovery, History) are completely unwatchable tonight. Pixelated to the extreme, telling me the channel is unavailable, try again. I'm forced to watch the SD version. Great technology, Time Warner!
