Does anyone have the channels that were supposed to be added to the sports plus tier? I have yet to see them.

Thought I would share this email with everyone regarding the additional sports channels....
"Thank you for contacting Time Warner Cable Email Support. At the end of this email, you will be given the option of taking a brief survey.
I understand you would like to know what is the status of the Sports South, Fox Sports West and Fox sports Carolinas .
I will be glad to assist your request.
At present we do not have any update about channels you are looking for once it is get available it will be updated on a channel lineup of your area.
I do apologize that we do not currently carry this channel.."
Funny that the sports pack increased from $3.95 to $5.95 and I even received a mailer about these three stations and then poof. vanished.

That seems like a "form letter" type response to any request for new channels. I sent an email to TWC Cable Help with the same question. I'll post their response here if I get anything back. Here's the postcard I believe you are referring to:

While looking for the new Fox Sports channels in the guide, I saw channel 610 listed as "info" with no programming.
What is channel 610?

Chris from Albany TWC told me that they were having a problem retransmitting one of the new Sports Channels. They expect to have them all turned on in the next few days.
We'll see.

Anyone getting these new channels with a Tuning Adapter? NO - 1730 EWTN HD NO - 1734 Discovery Kids HD YES - 1809 YNN HD Chris from TWC called me Friday and said he would send the new channel info to my tuning adapter in an hour AND would call me back to verify I had them. I didn't get a call back or the channels on Friday. When I turned on my TV today (Sunday), there was a message from TiVo stating they found new channels... 1730 EWTN HD 1734 Discovery Kids HD Better late then never.

I got the message on my TiVo last night about 1730 and 1734 being added. They're showing up in the guide. But when I try to tune either one, I get a message saying the channel is not provided by the tuning adapter and to call my cable provider.
1809 (YNNHD) was added the same day as those two. It's not in the guide, but I'm able to tune it when I go to 1809.
Do I have to do something for 1730 and 1734 to be "provided?" I've just had my TA up and running since Friday evening, so I'm still new at this.

I spoke with Time Warner yesterday. The new sports channels will be live on November 1 that were supposed to be on or about October 15. Guess we can play the waiting game for another week.

After initiating an online chat a few days ago with TWC concerning the missing Fox Sports Channels and not getting any resolution, I asked that the issue be elevated to the next level. Today, I received the following response from Albany TWC:

Wait - you have to have the Sports Pass to get ESPN3?

Nope. I don't have the sports package (or any premium channels/tiers) and I was able to watch ESPN3 yesterday. As long as you have ESPN and a Road Runner account, you should be able to use ESPN3.
That e-mail is just poorly worded. I believe you need Sports Pass to access that speed2.com thing and they just lumped ESPNnetworks.com and ESPN3 in with that.

Still no 1730 EWTN HD or 1734 Discovery Kids HD with a TA...anyone else? As I posted the other day, I'm not getting either on my TiVo (though both are in the guide). I'm getting a "channel not provided by the tuning adapter" message when I tune to either channel. TWC-owned YNNHD, which was added the same day, works fine though.

I was able to tune it on my TiVo that day, probably because it is not SDV. I haven't tried tuning to 1730 or 1734 yet, although I did get the message on my TiVo that it found the channels. Can't seem to get my Slingbox to change channels on my TiVo right now. The IR blaster must have slipped off its perch.
