good riddance, they didn't stay relevant, plus they left a bad taste in my mouth after that whole "no late fees" marketing blitz a couple years back, where the movies were given due back dates, and if you exceeded the due back date by a week you were hit with a "restocking fee" AKA late fee, and if you kept the movie after a month they just charge you for it.
How can you possibly rationalize continuing to assign due back dates to movie rentals, and if they are exceeded charge a fee, and then go on this big kick about how there are no more late fees? I think the NJ AG even sued them over this.
One of my biggest pet peeves is deceptive marketing, and that is one of the examples that stays right at the top of my mental list.
Bye bye blockbuster. I'll have such fond memories of you, from back in 1995 when you were relevant.

www.popcornhour.com/onlinestore/index.php?pluginoption=catalog&task=info&item_id=6&main_id=0&category_id=Anyone have one of these? I've been eyeing them (well the a-110 and the previous model, the a-100) off and on for a little over a year and finally decided to take the plunge. These are in high demand and they ship out in batches directly from china, so there is probably about a 3-4 week wait from when you order to when you get it. I'm in week 2 now and getting antsy, but figured I'd see if anyone else on here has one, and if someone does, how do you like it?

so it looks like it might be wednesdays at 11:30am. I had 7 or 8 of them recorded and that was the first new episode I saw.. that just seems like such a weird time to have the first airing of a show

got home from work last night and turned on my tivo and I had a message saying MLBHD was now on 1868. It didn't say anything about the tennis channel being moved (and I did tell the guy the tennis channel moved), but fortunately for me I don't give a nuts about tennis so I don't really care if they fix that or not

that recording the time is a pretty good idea and probably the only solution.. anyone have any idea when the new episode of yankees magazine comes on? I looked for a few minutes but couldn't find it

I have a season pass for Yankees Magazine, where it is only supposed to record new episodes. My problem is it records all airings, I'd say probably 20-30 a week. The info on each episode is always the same, which is why the tivo probably doesn't know which one is a brand new airing and stop at that. I end up having to open and watch the first 5-10 seconds until I find the new one. Is there a way to trick the tivo into only recording the new episode once?

well I've had enough of waiting.. called tivo and reported the lineup change, was still in their system as the tennis channel.. he said he will report it and these things usually take 4-6 business days, and when it is done our tivos will say there was a lineup change and all is good.
