AOL readies for next month's VoIP launch CNET has uncovered that AOL's VoIP service will cost less than the $40-$45 the mega-corp is charging for Time Warner Cable's VoIP. Is this simply another in a long line of odd disconnects within Time Warner? Or, since AOL content is now free to Roadrunner users, is this a calculated effort (save money on VoIP service) to get Roadrunner customers to sign up for an AOL account (and associated spam)? More details should emerge next month. For the full story go to: news.zdnet.com/2100-9588_22-5589221.html
