FYI.... The up converter has failed on Friday. 13-1 will be in SD only until a loaner replacement arrives on Monday Nov. 8th.

I suppose you need the up-converter to send the HD signal to TWC, too?
ER was HD on Thursday 11/4/04, but Third Watch was SD on 11/5/04. Both were recorded on my HD DVR on channel 1813.

You are correct. It affected both OTA and TWC. It's all better now though......
