If anyone is interested, I've got a perfectly working (still have original box) Tivo HD, with prom mod (ignores CCI bytes) for sale.
Hard drive has been upgraded (i'll have to plug it in again, but it's either a 500GB or 1 TB hard drive).
If you don't want/need to use the prom mod, I can revert the OS back to stock and it'll ignore the prom mod and adhere to CCI bytes.
