I've done a fair amount of searching on Time Warner's site and google and I cannot find any direct answer to my question.
Specifically, what are TWC's rates for EXISTING customers, i.e., what are the a la carte rates for cable, phone, internet separately, and what are the rates for combinations of two (e.g. cable & internet)? You would think they would publish this information somewhere obvious, but I can't find it. If you know of some hidden place to find current pricing information I'd love to know. I realize promotions are added and removed all the time, but I just want to know what the non-promotion current rates are, as they are the ones I would likely be paying.

If you go onto your MyServices account you can usually see what it would cost to add or remove services to your existing account.
On a related note, what is the twitter handle to use when trying to get a better deal? @twcable_NEast?

@twcablehelp per this. Unfortunately, I went through that process and got jack. Well, not jack, a reduction of about $20 to $138 from $158. But still, nothing remotely like TWC retention used to hand out. Also, I can't remove or add any services under MyServices.

I did find something interesting on the buy.timewarnercable.com site:
$99.99 Triple Play offer available only to existing Time Warner Cable customers that only have one product (TV, Internet or Home Telephone) with Time Warner Cable.
This makes me want to cancel phone and TV and just have internet for a while (well, plus HD locals I believe) to see if I can then get the $99 triple play offered to me. Does anyone think this wouldn't work?
