What's TWC's newest DVR and the price?

I dumped TWC's HD DVR for a TiVo Premiere in September 2010 when it was free with a two-year contract. That contract is now ending and although I like the TiVo, I'm considering going back to TWC's box, which I believe has improved since I had it. When I had the DVR, I think the price was about $20.00 between the box/service charges. When checking TW's site today, it looks like it's less than $13. Is that the total price (minus taxes/fees) or just for the box?

And what is the latest box they have? I don't recall what I had previously but I wasn't thrilled with it. I'm pretty sure tey have newer ones now. How is the latest box and the new(ish) UI/guide? Better than what it was a couple years ago?

IF your Tivo is working and you can live without VOD and PPV, then by all means keep it. The TWC software is horrendous. Constant bugs and glitches.
