It's been almost a year now?? that FIOS TV came in and was wondering if Verizon's claims to add 1-2 HD channels/month has come true.
I see they're still missing: DIY Cooking Channel BBC America Cartoon Network
in HD

Im pumped to be moving into a new house soon that offers FIOS, but I dont want to be losing things going to them from crappy Time Warner.
Nice to get NFL network, but DIY and Cooking Channel are actually two of the channels my wife and I watch, so hope they go HD, and soon.
Would love to see them get the new BeIN Sports - going to have a lot of Euro Soccer on there.

Having the NFL Network is a mixed blessing. Right now, it's blacked out in this area for the Giants/Jets game. At that rate, it'll be another 5 years before they finally have the number of HD channels that TW has now. Not sure why they're moving so slow.
