Haven't seen that much activity on here lately. Not much either from the latest Legal Notice:
ESPN Deportes HD to be added (when, who knows)
In the negotiation category:
TEAM HD 2-9 GAME HD 3-9
Maybe this is the calm before the storm. Perhaps NFL Network HD is in our future? Not many missing HD channels to be added at this point.

NFL Network HD and Red Zone HD are the only channels left I want. However, I don't see it happening. From what I can tell, the NFL and Time Warner are still very far apart on what they see are requirements for making the deal happen. And since there hasn't been a huge number of customers leaving Time Warner for DirecTV to get it, they don't see the need to bend over backwards to get the channel.

It may happen, but TWC has already cut their loses from people who want NFLN. Fact is, in our divisions (CNY/WNY) Time Warner is now the HD leader with DirecTV falling behind. TWC has most basic nets that a majority care about. I looked at D* because of other issues I'm having with TWC, but the channel lineup/cost ratio is FAR apart. (I don't care about NFLN, so it's not factored into my decision)
