We have had 2 of these young men at our door over the past 3 days. They seem surprised that we are already up and running. I'm beginning to think that VZ is serious about all this. BTW, be sure to carefully check your first bill - We were charged $100 for the installation of 2 coax outlets - even tho the coax was already there! VZ cancelled the charge - when I finally got to a CSR who didn't hang up on me (took 3 tries).
