I just ordered an upgrade online to add FIOS TV for my home in the Village of Colonie.
I want to continue to use my Tivo S3, Tivo HD and Tivo Premiere XL so I will need cable cards as well.
While going through the online order process, I didn't find any mention of cable cards. The Verizon person in the chat room, said that I should wait until the installation is complete and then call their Local Business Office to order the cable cards.
Does anyone have any idea what number I should call for the Local Business Office?
I want to have the cable cards available when they show up for installation. That way we can make sure that everything is working correctly before they leave.
Thanks

I asked the same question in an online chat session with Verizon. They told me to order online and then call customer service to have them add the cable cards.

That seems to have worked for me too.
I called customer service last night, gave them my order number, and told them I needed 4 cable cards as well.
When I checked the order this morning, it showed the cable cards.

Calling ahead is a good idea. The installer showed up without my CableCARD. He made a quick call and they ran one out while he was hooking up the DVR and STB boxes. They were able to pair it up very quickly, it went much smoother than with TWC. Not having a tuning adapter makes things much simpler.

The installer did bring the cable cards with him, but the installation was not fast.
First her entered a "1" as part of a cable card id which was actually an "I".
Then on his next attempt he transposed digits in one of the host id's.
After we got both of those fixed, he discovered that he needed an additional piece of information for each cable card.
Over all, it took around two hours before each of my three tivo's were receiving channels correctly.
