If I switch from TW to FIOS, I'm going to have to have to have (and pay for) a box, cablecard or dvr for each tv? I have 6 tvs in my house right now.

One of the tvs is in the guest room, and we rarely have guests. If I switch to FIOS TV, will that tv be useless without a box?

Verizon doesn't offer clear QAM? (just asking). I would've thought they would have to for at least the local stations. Assuming the TV has a QAM tuner that is.

I haven't tried it, but they provide the local broadcast and public access channels as clear QAM.
