Hi, currently I have FIOS phone and 20/5 internet with DISH TV. I am paying about $200 month total. I am going to change to either FIOS TV when available (soon in Bethlehem) or TW signature. Has anyone been able to compare the two services? Any thoughts? I am leaning towards keeping FIOS but the TW Signature service sounds good and I like the availability of the walk up window service. Thanks for the feedback. -Phil

There are posts in the other sections about FiOS TV, you may want to look at them. TWC Premiere is about $200/month, you wouldn't save any money switching to them. They do have local offices for equipment exchanges, Verizon FiOS currently does not. You will be able get the same functionality with faster Internet and more channels with FiOS for less money. You can get the multiroom DVR added to any of their packages, TWC only offers the MRDVR with the Signature package. I have FiOS Internet and TWC Cable. TWC support is much better, but I have needed TWC support more than I have ever needed VZ support. In the 4 years that I have had FiOS, there have been zero service interruptions that I have been aware of. When I upgraded to digital cable 2 years ago, it took a couple of months and multiple service visits for TWC to get the signal correct.
