"The following changes are scheduled to take place:
Russia Today has been added to channel 195.
Shop Zeal will be added to channels 267, 293-296 on or about February 2, 2010.
New York on Demand to be added to channel 1007.
Channel 1125 Cornerstone to be deleted.
On or about February 1, 2011, the following channels will be added: HBO HD on Demand, Cinemax HD on Demand."
Shop Zeal is some sort of Celebrity Shopping network I believe. We really need more of those channels?

Looks like they added WNCE (Glens Falls) to Channel 508 last night in the Saratoga system. I also notice FIT TV is now "Discovery Fitness & Health" on channel 330. No sign of HBO or Cinemax HD on Demand  Instead, we got 5 more shopping channels wasting bandwidth on 267, 293-296. |

I'm posting this here even though there's no date given but it's not worth it to start a new thread for this. Time Warner has updated the legal notice:
The following changes are scheduled to take place: WRNN, Kingston, NY to be deleted,
ESPN 3D on Demand to be added to channel 1507, ESPN Deportes HD to be added. The
new services listed above cannot be accessed on CableCard-equipped Unidirectional
Digital Cable Products purchased at retail without additional, two-way capable
equipment.

What ever happened to HBO HD On Demand and Cinemax HD On Demand? They were supposed to show up a while back, but never did. Now there's no mention of them in the current Legal statement.

According to a post at AVS Forum, TWC's NYC system has announced that Cinemax on Demand HD and HBO on Demand HD will be added there on or about 5/11 and 5/18, respectively. I was checking Cinemax on Demand channel this morning and saw a section saying MAX HD. It seems that maybe instead of a separate HD channel, it'll just be a section under the SD OnDemand.
I don't get HBO so I can't check that one.
