I called TW to inquire why only one of my Tivo's was getting Showtime when I had 2 other units with cable cards as well.
Apparently the answer is that Showtime is tied to each cable card and that if I wanted the other 2 units to get Showtime I had to pay for each one separately (so 3x the monthly price essentially).
Anyone else with "regular" TW Cable-card boxes have this story as well?

I would try calling again. If that fails, then escalate it up the food chain to Jeff Simmermon at TWC Headquarters. That's just doesn't make any sense. You can reach him at jeff.simmermon@twcable.com or @jefftwc.

I have 3 TiVos with 4 CableCards (1 S3 with 2 cards) and have Showtime on all of them. The rep has no idea what he's talking about. As Chris said, call again and/or escalate.

I have two TiVo's, each with an M-card and I only pay for Showtime once on my cable bill.
The TWC reps are clueless.

Sure enough, the first rep "Shawn" was a total moron.
The other rep: "rocko" was awesome. Within 5 minutes, he had everything set (I had a cable card problem as well that he was able to resolve).
