I see that occasionally in Schenectady it's "not available at this time" around 11:00 PM, right before the Daily Show and The Colbert Report are about to come on. Anybody else seeing this? Anybody know why?

Not enough bandwidth on the node is the likely reason. This is due to the Switched Digital Video. Report it to Time Warner. If enough people report it they will have to make adjustments to the SDV stream to handle the increased number of requests.
