I went to MyTiVo on Wednesday (Oct 20th) and agreed to the Privacy Policy changes.

I got a message stating:

It will take up to 24 hours before the change takes effect and you can use the Season Pass manager

Today, I went to My Tivo and it told me:

Your privacy level is being updated.
