According to the latest legal notice (dated 2/13):
No word on when the Viacom HD channels may be added.
Effective on or about March 31,
2010, we will begin to offer “Speed Channel” on channel 665 and in HD on channel 1877
to all Standard Cable customers with Digital Equipment – a subscription to Sports Tier
will no longer be required to view “Speed Channel.”
