TW didn't poop in my house. I never lost data. But on a side note, I am noticing a audio video sync issue on my Tv with the Tivo. No idea why but it has been since Tues. Reset the Tivo and no success. Anyone have any suggestions? Its amazing how something as stupid as a few hundred milli-second delay can be sooo apparent. I think I am just spoiled and expect more.

I too lost guide data last week. However, the SA box didn't miss recordings and I was still able to schedule manual recordings, so it didn't affect me too much. Did anyone have recordings already set that were lost?

Haven't gotten in touch with Time Warner again because I don't have the patience. |
