Woke up this morning to no Guide data on all 3 of my cable boxes. Anyone else having trouble? My signal strength is fine, as confirmed by the admin panel on all 3 boxes (or whatever you call it), but every channel shows up as "No Data Available".
Called Time Warner, which was just an absolute joke. They want to setup a service call now.

Yep, same problem here in Glenville.

No guide data in Guilderland at 12:30PM. The TWC issued DVR's must work great with no guide data.

Since it's happening to you all as well, I'm canceling my appointment for a tech to come out tomorrow. There's nothing wrong, and they just want to push it off as no problems on their end... yet again.
Time to convince the wife that a dish on the roof won't be that unsightly...

The TWC issued DVR's must work great with no guide data. Yeah, that's my big problem. I had a couple movies I was gonna record today as well as shows that I record regularly on Tuesday nights.

Time Warner CS told me they "hope" that guide data service is restored by the end of the day tomorrow. Sigh...

I pulled the power cord out of the back of my box and let it boot and then had it off for an hour or two and when I turned it back on, all the guide data was back, so I'd suggest trying that.

Mine just came back within the past 20 minutes. I've done about 10 power cycles today hoping it would come back, but it just showed up without a reboot. Glad it's back, but things like this just seem to be an ongoing problem with Time Warner. If I can convince my wife that the dish won't look horrible on the house, I'm switching to DirectTV.

Think we will get refunds? HAHHAHA I you act like a squeaky wheel and beeyatch to Albany TWC about not being able to record, what an inconvenience it was, how many recordings you missed, etc, they will most likely offer something. They WILL NOT be forthcoming with a refund. Most likely, they will offer a movie channel free for a while in return for your inconvenience, but you must contact them and complain.

Annnd my guide data is gone again.
This is ridiculous, the guide is one of the only things they need to not mess up.
It's like having a dog. All you want is for it not to poop in the house. Well now TW has pooped in the house twice in the last three days.

My guide was working fine the other day when you guys were having problems. But there was no data this morning p- it was back when I got home from work at 5:30 tonight.
But the guide is now showing the Univision schedule on 1860 (Universal-HD).
