Have you ever been frustrated with the local Albany TWC customer service? Who hasn't? Now, thanks to The Consumerist, you can contact Time Warner's Executive Customer Service when you feel you can't get any resolution from the local TWC office:

For those of you who use a TiVo with cable cards and are frustrated about how Albany TWC sets the CCI Byte so you can't use the TiVo-To-Go and Multiroom Viewing features, there is an effort underway to contact Corporate TWC. More info available in this post.
