I lost all SDV channels over the weekend.
This Monday morning, after I rebooted the TA, all the SDV channels seem to be available again.

For those who are getting frustrated with SDV channels on TW and are considering switching to DirecTV, the current Cutting Edge software includes MRV and seems to be working well.
I suspect the version including MRV will be released in the near future since Dish Network currently has it in their released software.

I suspect the version including MRV will be released in the near future since Dish Network currently has it in their released software. Yup, once they started testing MRV, I finally had a reason to dump Media Center and have been very happy ever since. Can't wait until it goes national it's going to be big for DIRECTV I beleive. And don't get me started on what DISH "claims" is MRV. What they have is NOT MRV. It's an SD output only from a DVR, not over a network, and not into "unlimited" rooms over Cat-5 like DIRECTV's is. For those with DIRECTV not using the "Cutting Edge", you can download DIRECTV2PC software for free and see exactly what that solution looks like on your PC--it's the same system, only on other HD boxes in the house (DVRs and non-DVRs). The newest incarnation of MRV even includes Unified Playlists--if you have multiple DVRs in the home, they can all see everything--even on the non-DVR boxes.

Lost all my SDV channels today. Whe I went to the Tuning Adapter diagnostic page in the TiVo menu, the screen had text that stated, "Diagnostics are not available."
I pulled the plug on my Tuning Adapter, waited 30 seconds, then plugged it back in. I waited 5 minutes and the SDV channels came back.
I went and checked on the other tuning adapter in the Master Bedroom and found that it was having the same issues. So, I had to perform the same unplug & plug to the tuning adapter.
What a pain the the ass!

Mine died the other day (I think it was on Thurs/Friday) But today Fox News HD was skittering all over the place (although may have been the feed). We'll see what happens when I get home tonight.
Are you running all the cable through the TA or splitting it? I tried once and the signal was bad, although I looked the other day at the splitter and it was a "minuser" (don't know how to describe it, but it was -3.5db on each one). So I got one that's a +something db and will try that.
How I'd love to have FIOS TV (and I don't mean that DirecTV stuff).
