what happen to nba tv hd that was suppose to add? My TiVo listed a message today that NBA TV HD was added on channel 1771. So, Tribune (the company that supplies TiVo's guide data) must have received notice from TWC they were adding the channel. However, neither the TiVo nor the TWC cable box can tune the channel.

NBA TV-HD was live on 1771 this morning when I checked at about 6:15am. This was on my TWC DVR, so I can't check on TiVo/SDV (I'll leave that to Skaggs).

NBA TV-HD was live on 1771 this morning when I checked at about 6:15am. This was on my TWC DVR, so I can't check on TiVo/SDV (I'll leave that to Skaggs). My TiVos now have NBA TV HD available on channel 1771. I subscribe to the Sports Tier, so I can't tell if this channel is available to non-Sports Tier subscribers. Can anyone without the Sports Tier confirm that NBA TV HD is available to them?

I'm still wondering when we will see the Viacom Networks in HD. TWC has had an agreement in place for well over a year now and other divisions have had these channels for a long time. I thought SDV was suppose to solve this issue so they could add channels as they picked up carriage. The Viacom HD Nets are the only main channels we are missing in our division.

Wait, we're LOSING Starz West HD??? Why? They're now taking away channels instead of adding anything of value. Great. Thanks, Time Warner.

Saw this at the end of my bill this month (might have been there a while, but haven't seen anyone post it):
"We plan to launch even more High-Definition channels this year such as Nickelodeon HD, Lifetime HD, Cooking Channel HD and Spike HD, continue to enhance our Road Runner service, and introduce new Digital Home Phone features."
No idea when "this year" they'll be launching this stuff and why they aren't listing the other Viacom channels, but I guess it's a start, albiet a slow one.
Also there is no mention of losing Starz West HD (it does talk about moving some channels around )

But who knows the way its worded doesn't sound like they are listing all of the channels they will be adding. I only say this because they say "...channels such as...." which says to me there only giving you a brief overview of some of the new channels they are adding, to get customers excited. I really hope they add the 3 channels I listed above whenever they plan to add these. If they really add these channels this year (we all know time warner is terrible off with there estimates) they have about 6 months and 2 weeks until 2010 is over!

No DIY on HD yet? (don't know if it's even offered in HD, but I think it is on DTV).
