Which is the best cable to get the 8300hdc or 4250hdc and which has less issues like rebooting and picture loss?

I like the Samsung 3090. My buddy works for TWC and he is testing it at his home in Troy. Got to see it when over for a party for the 4th. It has a nice looking guide menu which seemed more modern.
It was small and is black in color. I noticed a home network label on the front but he said that the service is not active yet.
He was not sure if and when it will be available after I asked if I could get one. He did say though that TWC is giving a ton of attention to testing it.
Have also been thinking of getting a moxi to replace my tivo. I emailed the Moxi people asking if they intend to support tru2way as that would finalize me ordering one. No response as of yet. Does anyone have a Moxi? Its interface looks much more mature than Tivo's.

It's about time they change SOMETHING about those useless boxes. I was hoping the Cisco buyout of SA would inject something into it, but nothing. Samsung is on the of the makers of DIRECTV boxes so maybe this is a good sign for TWC customers.
