looks like they are starting to make their way north.. hopefully this is a good sign for the capital region

Unfortunately, I honestly think its irrelevant to this region. Pughkeepsie gets NYC TV stations and thus would be run through the NYC headend. Albany would require its own headed. Therefore, Buffalo is more relevant since we won't be getting a headend until theirs is up and running.
