I'm trying to guage how many people with TiVo's filled out the tuning adapter request form on Albany TWC's website. This should also reveal the number of forum members who have a TiVo HD or Series 3.

I'm particularly perturbed that it seems as if TWC decided to start handing the TA's out without contacting the people who pre-registered for them via the online form.
