Ever since Judge Judy has been moved to Fox-23 (1823 specifically) the quality has been garbage.
Compared to WTEN.
There's been MANY nights that it's looked worse than analog (on my TivoHD).
Not sure if this is a Fox issue or a re-broadcast (ie, how they're getting it from the feed). Or a TWC issue.
