I have an 8300HDC in my office connected via HDMI to a Sony home theater system, then the HDMI goes out from there to my LG LCD. Every couple days I have to reboot the thing. On lots of the HD channels, every roughly 10 seconds, the picture goes black and the sound goes out for a second and then comes back.
When this happens, nothing happens on the DVR screen, which to me indicates it's not an HDMI issue since it's not showing the channel number again like when I change HDMI inputs on my receiver.
Any idea what's going on here? Very very annoying. A restart fixes it, but then after a couple days it goes back to being stupid again.
