Lost all channels on TivoHD

Well, in addition to last week losing 1827 and 1837, today I lost ALL channels on the TivoHD with M-card. Every channel including the ones that they switched to analog.

I called, they had no clue, but they depaired the card and supposedly re-authed it again.

Now I can ONLY get the channels that they setup as analog (20, 58, etc.) and 1806-1815.

I have to wait until Friday now for a tech to come out.

I hate TW.

Call Chris Kaling directly. He works noon-9PM. He'll come out tomorrow, as long as he has nothing else scheduled.

Chris had to have the tech send a few hits to enable the cable card again. Have no idea why the first tech couldn't do that (probably didn't know how). However, he mentioned that he'd not heard of anyone losing 1827 or 1837 either.

I now have all the channels back again. I still think TW did something as a bunch of us lost the same channels and dkennedy doesn't have a Tivo that I'm aware of.
