If you have a TiVo, Windows Vista, and a home network, this clever FREE download will use Vista's sidebar feature to show you your Now Playing list from all the TiVos you have. (an example is shown above) You can click on the program names in the gadget to view more info on that program.
I installed the gadget on my computer, and it's a great tool for TiVo lovers. There are some detailed steps to do, above and beyond just clicking on the "install" button. However, the programmer gives step-by-step instructions.
