At first I thought this was only a problem with one or two channels but I just went through all of the HD channels and I am having the same problem on all of the new HD channels. None of the old ones are affected. The channels affected are: 1823, 1839, 1841, 1842, 1846, 1851, 1864, 1873, 1874, 1875 and 1876. I get one or two lines of pixelation almost constantly and the sound stutters in that robotic like way as well. Anytime there is movement it has a tough time refreshing instantly and I see a lot of pixels. I reset the Scientific Atlanta 8300HD and it did not solve the problem. All of these new channels are SDV and I wonder if that has something to do with it. Since the other HD channels work without problems I doubt it is something on my end. I am going to call Time Warner and see if I can get an answer but I assume they will have no idea and just send someone out.
Anyone else experiencing this?
I'll keep you posted.

Well I called Time Warner and the woman I talked to said they are "working on the HD channels today." I guess it is a pretty widespread issue since she said she was seeing other customers calling about it as well. She said they are doing an update and have no estimated time that they will be done. She said the HD channels might go "on and off, on and off, on and off." So I guess we will just have to wait it out until TW gets their act together.

I was having the same problem the other day with the SDV HD channels only as well. It was fairly annoying, as I was trying to watch stuff on HGTV and NG-HD, but they kept getting pixellated. I ended up watching a BluRay movie instead
