It was very disappointing to settle down in font of the TV last night to watch the Red Sox - Yankees game and have to watch it in 4:3 SD on my 50" plasma. The game is available in HD to those people in NYC watching the game on channel 9. I can realize the need to reach the people without cable TV, but the Tuesday-Friday Yankee games on VTV are such a let down. The picture is very dark and small, and of course it is not in HD & 5.1 sound. Hopefully, WXXA can step up their equipment next year and pass on the games in HD. I'm going to contact some of my friends in the media to see if they can drum up some support.

I was watching the game OTA on 23-2 and had multiple pixellation and loss of sound issues.
Did anyone else notice these, or do I need to adjust my antenna?
Also, does anyone know if VTV is available anywhere on the local Time Warner?

VTV is on Albany Time Warner channel 423.
They simulcast the VTV Yankee games on TWC channel 3 so those without digital cable can watch the game.
I had OTA channel 23-2 on from 7-8PM and did not notice any pixelation. In fact, the OTA picture was noticeably brighter than the picture on TWC.
