Was watching the game via OTA as the Colts had a drive going at the end of the 1st half. Then, the screen went blank just as the Colts were setting up for the field goal.

Switched to TWC channel 1806 and the screen was blank. TWC channel 0006 had the game on in SD.

Was it the Network or WRGB?

I do not have OTA. According to some at the AVS Forum who anwered your post, it was indeed local. Didn't it happen twice? I can't remember.

I had the same problems using OTA. Since I found no mention of it on the Tivo Community Forum, it seems that it was a local problem.
