A young robot with dreams of becoming an inventor must take on a corrupt corporate monolith in this dazzling animated picture from the team behind Ice Age. The dynamite voice cast is led by Ewan McGregor as Rodney Copperbottom, a savvy young 'bot who yearns to exploit his creative talent as an inventor at the enormous Bigweld Industries. Trekking to Robot City to pursue his dream, Rodney is stunned to discover that the company is being run by a greedy capitalist and his malevolent mum whose devious new corporate policy results in older robots literally being sent to the scrap heap if they can't afford upgraded bodies. It's up to Rodney and his team of spare-part pals to save the day. Voices of Halle Berry, Robin Williams, Greg Kinnear, Mel Brooks, Drew Carey and Jim Broadbent.
