Even though the Wachovia Center in Philadelphia is a site where all the games will be shot in HD, WRGB has decided NOT to show the UAlbany vs. UConn game in HD.
Poor decision by WRGB.

Are you sure it's not in HD?

Albany-UConn is on 6. Pitt-Kent St. is on 1806. I guess WRGB has no choice. At least we can see it.

Well..I was at the game...so I did see it in Hi Def, I guess...before I left I set my DVR to record both 6 and 1806...good thing!!! I know that some folks who write on this board either work for, or used to work for WRGB...Sorry....this is my personal opinion....but...this station is a shadow of its former historic self....due completely in my view to its management and its out of town and and out of touch owners/corporate masters...they won't pay their employees a decent wage apparently...the stations revenue bread and butter appears to largely be charlatan-esque infomercials and its also clear that its management doesn't listen to, nor does it respect the community it resides in an serves..(gotta love that "CBS6 Albany" spin for a station that's been in Schenectady/Niskayuna since just after Edison switched on his first light buln...to me it is now, and always will be, CHANNEL SUX!!!!
