Mr Kennedy, thanks for your note. We do like the idea of syndicating Voom 21 and hope to do so shortly.

Mr. Dolan,
I have read about the issues with VOOM and one thing I haven't heard anyone mentioning, is why not take VOOM and make it into a premium HD service and sell it to the cable and satellite companies? If VOOM becomes a premium service like HBO, Cinemax, etc... it wont need it's own satellite and it will operate at a lower cost. The demand for HD quality programming like VOOM 21 provides will make this a successful endeavor.

Mr. Dolan's reply "implies" one thing...soon we'll be able to order Voom 21 just like we order HBO, Cinemax, Showtime, & Starz etc...
Imagine Dish Network and Directv offering Voom 21? What a marketing nightmare for TW if they don't pick it up.
Why wouldn't TW pick up Voom 21?
1- They may claim no bandwidth for that many HD channels...I know of many channels TW can drop...for Voom...
2- They may claim they have to resolve the MSG & FSNY dispute with Cablevision before implementing another business arrangement (this can be eliminated if Mr. Dolan buys Voom from Cablevision and makes it a separate company).
3- They may claim no customer requests for the service...and thats where we come in....once it's available...we must request it....customer pressure...I want my Voom 21 or else...
Okay, enough of my ranting...back to gathering more HD news...
