Apparently, this was related to Daylight Savings. Has Albany TWC taken the appropriate steps to make sure this same issue will not happen again when daylight savings occurs April 2, 2006? Please state in your reply that TWC has or has not made the necessary DVR software modifications. Thank you.

Mark Pyskadlo, Unfortunately,as of this time we still do not have a definite resolution for this problem. The easiest way to correct the issue is to delete the scheduled recordings and reset them with the new time,after daylight savings time occurs.
