Mr. Lansing:
I was watching Desperate Housewives last night via TWC on channel 1810.
There was a 30 second or so portion of the program where there was a black screen on my TV. This occurred about halfway through the program.
What’s up with this? I experienced similar problems last year with NYPD Blue.

Sorry about not getting back to you about the dropouts in our HD feed. We have a first generation receiver that needs to be restarted every couple of days. It is in the process of being replaced this fall and that will improve that problem. I apologize for incontinence and will take care of the problem.
