It has been reported in other forums that several new HD channels are in the works from TWC. Here's what Fred Dressler (Time Warner's Senior Vice President of Programming) has reportedly stated:

When it is stated "done" or "almost done", what it means is the agreement between the network and TWC National Corporate Headquarters. It will take some time for the local TWC offices to make room on their channel lineup and possibly shuffle it around a little.
ESPN2-HD - hopeful to have espn2hd in time for baseball.
STARZ-HD - End of the year at the earliest
CINEMAX-HD – is almost done
TMC-HD - is done
Wealth TV-HD - are not in the works
Outdoor Channel 2-HD – are not in the works
MHD (MTV) - will take many months to conclude.
National Geographic-HD - No Word
Food Network-HD - Scripps has not yet made us a proposal.
HGTV-HD - Scripps has not yet made us a proposal.
