Looks like HDNet is fixed on TWC. I haven't noticed any picture or sound drop-outs.

Looks like HDNet is fixed on TWC. I haven't noticed any picture or sound drop-outs. TWC customer service reps won't listen to (don't understand) our complaints, but maybe the emails to HDnet made something happen. |

Yeah the channels are fine now . It was definately the emails sent to hdnet that got the attention of the engineers at TWC. I received an email from a guy at TWC who had an email forwarded to him from Peter Taubkin that I sent. I also received a reply from hdnet saying that they would contact albany twc to see what was going on . It really is a shame that the requisite "We will send out a tech " is the only reply possible . Oh well at least my showtime and hdnet channels are behaving now.
