FOX 23 logo finally changed

While watching American Idol I see that WXXA has changed there logo to transparent. So much better than that terrible bright white one. If my set wasn't ISF calibrated I'd be very afraid of burn-in from that old logo.

I didn't think it would happen that quick. He said they've been waiting too. What timing.

I tried to reply to that post in the WXXA forum but it denied me permission.

WXXA's immediate response to Hankster's logo question shows they listen to their customers (and this website).

Mr. Cathrall's comment about waiting was in reference to their construction permit from the FCC. This will allow them to broadcast via OTA from the tower in the Helderberg's .

WXXA-TV has submitted a construction permit application to operate on channel 7 at a power level of 10 kilowatts.
