...or do you know where I can send pestering email to TWC to carry it? No word from TWC on any new channels. I have sent at least two emails in recent months inquiring about ESPN2 HD, which will debut on 1/6/05 with three NCAA hoops games. Email the Albany TWC VP at: peter.taubkin@twcable.com |

The reply I got was essentially "It's none of your business, but thanks for asking" I know they mean that everything these days is contractual with hush clauses until it's final, but really, we're not talking Nukes, we're talking HD Tv.

Try the Live Help to chat with a CSR from their website. Look at the link in the upper right corner from this page. If there is a CSR available, that is. I've tried it 5 times and only gotten to chat twice. |

Heck, I send them an email a month about Starz HD and I get nothing back.... Yes... People don't seem to be as annoyed that TWC does not have Starz HD, Encore HD, MAX HD, TMC HD. But Universal HD and ESPN2 HD? I currently get UHD, I think I watched it once. ESPN2 HD has even less HD content than ESPN HD. The four channels I mentioned first are the four I personally want the most on TWC. (Not to mention the west coast feeds too) |
