This was emailed from a friend of mine at work:
Can anyone confirm that their INHD channels are now showing up on the TV without having to call TWC?

First, let me thank you for the great information.
Second, I did not have any INHD's today, but I called and told the rep my understanding that these channels were not to be included in the HD tier. He asked how long I had been an HD subscriber (not sure of the relevance) and I just said over a year. I turned the box off and on and the channels were back. I'm sure if you don't call, they will not be coming back on.

I haven't called and I still have the inHDs (no ESPNHD or HDN though).
We'll see how long they last before TWC figures out how to offer less for more.

Went to the Rotterdam office on my way home tonight and had InHD's added back in. I was notified that these two channels will be available until March 31st.

I tried the above approach and well - no dice- couldn't get back my INHD channels. Even thou I've been receiving them for over a year. The only choice I have is to pay $3.95 for the HD tier.
I'm disappointed in TW removing other channels from the lineup to help pay for ESPN HD by making us pay extra for a channel we already had. Why can't they move ESPN HD to the Sports Tier?

What was the reason they told you they couldn't give you the INHD's? If you have been an HD customer for over a year, they will do it. If the customer service rep. won't do it, ask to speak to his/her manager and expain to him/her that you feel like TWC is now making you pay for channels that were included in the basic lineup. I got the HD Tier free for 6 months. And while you're at it, tell them you want ESPN2 HD.

Just like the above post, the rep told me that INHD channels were preview channels and are now in the HD Tier. I also tried the tack of stating to the supervisor that TW was making me pay for channels I already had in the basic pkg. No dice....even said I knew someone who got 6 months of free HD Tier....no dice... I'll try again maybe on a weekend with a different supervisor...

Update to my post.
Today I was calling to add HBO and I told the rep the issue with INHD and I got 2 free months of the HD Tier and 3 free months of HBO for my problems (promotional code 4000).
Once again thanks to this group I would never have known I could get this.
