According to an article written by Ken Schott, The Daily Gazette in Schenectady, NY on Saturday March 13,
"College Sports Television and Time Warner Cable have reached an agreement that will put CSTV on Time Warner systems nationwide.
That means, sometime soon, CSTV will appear in the Capital Region, Peter Taubkin, vice president of government relations and public affairs for the Albany Division of Time Warner, said in an e-mail that CSTV will be added to the sports digital tier.
The timing of the launch here is yet to be determined in coordination with the network, Taubkin wrote.
I hope it can be on by next Saturday, when CSTV is scheduled to televise the ECAC hockey men's championship at 8 p.m.
CSTV launched last April. The network has televised more than 3500 hours of original programming spanning 30 men's and women's college sports. It's the only national network to televise a college hockey game every week."
