I think this may be related to the thread about the simulcast, but on my TivoHD, I cannot get channel 68 (DHC). But I can get it just fine on my other Tivo's and other TV's (without cable card or STB)

I don't receive channel 68 on my HDTV's or on my two Sony HD-DVR's with Cablecards. But I do get it on my analog sets.

Channel 68 is switched. You won't get it with a cable card. See this post for a list of SDV channels that you can't get with a cable card.

I called TW and even had the lady verify and she said most certainly that DHC is NOT an SDV channel (if it was, then why would an analog TV be able to receive it?) She also said that Disney was not either. Of course, she could've been totally uninformed, but I had her go and check just to be sure.
I was under the impression that in order to receive ANY SDV channel, you needed a STB. So that's why I find it odd that a regular TV/Tivo CAN receive it, but one with CC cannot.
Although as Dkennedy pointed out, what if it's one of those simulcast things?
