Anyone notice we got back 1806, 1808, 1810, 1811 & 1813 in the tv guide download?
Several weeks ago I managed to get a hold of a tv guide tech and I mentioned the above channels were changed over to 6, 8, 10, 11 & 13 instead of their HD counterparts. He indicated tv guide had a way of downloading the SD & HD channel data.
All he needed was my zipcode and the digital channel lineup ID number.
Time Warner - Schenectady, Digital (8963) for zipcode 12302
You can find your zipcode tv guide lineup ID number in the tv guide setup menu.
He also indicated tv guide programmers were working on a patch to the tv guide software to allow us to enter 4 digit channel numbers but the patch wont be ready until the 3rd or 4th Qtr of this year.
Anyways, I'm glad they fixed the HD broadcast channels...
Sending the above information and the channel lineup changes to the below mentioned email address will get you results, but it will take several weeks for the download to propagate thruout the system:

I emailed our 4 digit HD channel lineup for zipcode 12302 with the above mentioned tv guide channel lineup ID number.
The above email address is provided to cable company tech's, so I wonder why TWC hasn't fixed their lineup with tv guide....
