Anyone else getting audio that fades in (gets REAL loud), and then fades out (to the point of pure silence) on TW cable?
Seems to happen on WTEN a lot, as well as TLC and other stations.

I had reported this issue to TW because I've been having audio dropouts using my CableCard and on recorded shows with my Sony DHG-HDD500 DVR. TW sent out a technician and found nothing wrong with the hardware but saw first hand the audio dropouts and immediately said that there was something wrong with some equipment at the headend and that they would look into it...
It has been 5 weeks...no resolution...

Anyone else getting audio that fades in (gets REAL loud), and then fades out (to the point of pure silence) on TW cable? I think this is related to the conversion to all digital. TW is getting close to the finish line, but it would be nice if they acknowledged the problem. Instead, they tend to be clueless or in total denial mode.  |
